Game Rules

- Two 35 minute halves plus a brief half time. No overtime except in playoffs
- No sliding
- Subs on the fly
- Shin guards are optional, cleats are recommended
- Coed rules: Teams must field at least three players who identify as female
- To start a game, you must have 7 players (including one that identifies as female)
- IFAB rules unless otherwise specified
- Players who receive a yellow card will be required to sub out for at least 2 minutes
- Players who receive a red card will sit the remainder of the game, and the team will play down a player. This player will be permitted back the next game at the league's discretion

ABOUT THE FIELD

Lowry Sports Complex is a neighborhood park maintained by Denver Parks & Rec. Centrally located in Denver, it has stunning mountain views. We will be using Turf Fields 1 and 2 with overhead stadium lights.
