Game Rules

Two 35 minute halves plus a brief half time. No overtime except in playoffs
Standard IFAB rules
Shin guards are optional, cleats/turf shoes are recommended
Coed rules: Teams must field at least three players who identify as female
To start a game, you must have at least 7 players (including 1 that identifies as female)
